Nicely done ...... May I offer a suggestion?  How about using some cut & paste to add minarets on the photos of Buckingham Palace, the Parliament, etc, and maybe add turbans on Shakespeare and Byron, etc.

And something more substantive:  It's not enough just to have children.  Those children must then be raised to respect the Almighty in the Judeo-Christian manner.  Otherwise, we'll just have more whimpering Caucasians, afraid to confront Islam.

Most Europeans are atheists, well if not atheists but they don't like religion, neither do I to be honest.
If I put religious stuff in my videos it's going to put off most European viewers.
