Most of the people on this board probably wouldn't like that song, because it's based off of a wigger song.
However, I've noticed that most (not all) rabbis I've spoken to online tend to not only be smart and be able to have a lot of interesting conversations about the Bible, etc., but also have a great sense of humor. I don't know if this is just my experience or not, but they seem less stuffy and more approachable than other religious leaders, at least online. I know not everyone is going to be the same though.
Speaking of Weird Al, this is one of my favorites, it makes me giggle every time I watch it:
Offspring aren't wiggers..they are an alternative 90's hard rock sort of group.
but this song is cute..it doesn't offend me.
Listen..just as we poke fun of others, us Jews, even Kahanist types need to learn to poke fun at ourselves...Life is too short to be serious about every little thing. I mean, I hate it when blacks go crazy over the word calling them black instead of "African Americans" hmm mm... most people appreciate it when one knows how to poke fun of his people or himself in the right time. I mean, yeh, it does get to certain point if the jokes are too harsh that you have say, "woa, wait a second, that's not cool." This song by Wierd Al isn't one of those things to fly off the handle about, in my opinion.
