Who has invented the word "transfer"? Was it Rabbi Kahane?

The first time I have heard this word was in relation with the deportation of Muzzies from Israel.

Has Rabbi Kahane invented it, or did it exist before his time?

In my country the word is called "Abschiebung"

In Switzerland it is called "Ausschaffung"

But I prefer to use "Transfer", because it is shorter and sounds like some of this leftist euphemisms. Usually you can drive the leftists crazy by using it.
