When this buck kills again we hear things such as 'he is the victim of a racist society', 'he did not recieve therapy in prison', 'he is a strong black man that does not feel apprecited in an all white power structured society', 'he was passed over for promotion at his job due to institutional racism'. It will be one excuse after another. These primitives ability to make up one excuse after another is ingenious.
