The so called Arab construction businesses, like those of the bin Laden family, work like main contractors, which employ western companies as subcontractors.

They use their contacts to the Muzzie gouvernment to get the job, but others have to accomplish it.

I have read too, that Saudi Arabia has special laws to bring their men in labour, but the companies do everything not to hire a Saudi, because they are too uneducated and not able to work proper.
