Risk factors

To reduce the chances of having a heart attack:

1.  Reduce stress as much as possible
2.  Choose to be a non-smoker.
3.  Develop good sleeping habits.
4.  Eat a healthy diet.
5.  Exercise properly and routinely.

Diabetes, high cholesterol, obesity, and poor lifestyle choices contribute significantly to developing coronary problems.
