I would say this would be considered good maintenance for one's car, but this is not an energy policy people.  Its actually rediculous.  The United States needs to get off of foreign, terrorist oil, and start passing legislation to Drill now Pay less.  When is Pelosi, and Dinji Harry going to get on the stick, and take a vote to start drilling, because it is going to pass.  The American people want this, as well as developing, wind, solar, and Nuclear power.  Acually drilling for oil off the coasts of Florida, Texas, or California, would be the fastest means to get new sources of oil and Shale oil.

I acutally started laughing when I heard Obama's statement-solution..  Duh!!!!!  How many were impressed with this Idea?
