Simply put, Rense is not anti-Zionist.
Rense is anti-Jew.
There's a big difference.
Rense lives in a world of ignorance, superstition, and prejudice.
To Jeff Rense, every mention of the word Jew, connotes a millenial, dark, and mystical CONSPIRACY...as old and as primeval as time itself.
Rense claims to be Christian, as well as an American Patriot.
In fact, he is a journalist media hack who's made a succesful living off of "sensationalism"; more often than not most of it being either totally or partially untrue.
"Anti-Semitism", as it has traditionally been known in the West, manifests itself first and foremost as a "religion".
Religions are BIG BUSINESS...actual corporate structures.
During bad times, people tend to turn to religion.
In unusually bad times, the worst among us turn to their religion of Jew-Hatred, which is also the basis for the money-making machine called "Anti-Semitism".
To the uneducated and ignorant in the "civilized" world (the vast majority of people worldwide), the religion which they profess with their mouths on Sundays, Christmas, and Easter, they call Christianity.
In reality, however, they actually practice the true primeval conspiratorial religion called "Anti-Semitism".
They claim to accept as their Savior the long-awaited Messiah of the Jews.
Yet, these same people have no understanding of any history whatsoever; particularly that of the Jewish people.
The Jewish book they call the Tanach they totally reject; claiming that Christ did away with the Law and made obsolete all that came before.
In actual fact, unless one is thoroughly knowledgeable in all things Jewish, one is totally unable to understand a single word or deed of Jesus; with only a few exceptions Jesus merely reiterated verbatim the words of the Jewish Prophets, and the teachings of the Jews.
Rense is fond of articles portraying "The Real Talmud" as a collection of demonic ideas; such quotes as "...when on a journey or walk and coming across money or purse, and you are not in a Jewish neighborhood, pick it up and keep it and tell no one..."[my own paraphrasing].
To Rense and his ignoramus readers, passages such as these prove his assertions that the Jews are a race of thieves.
In reality; the passages were all written several thousand years ago while Jews were either in captivity or exile among nations and peoples which make the current collection of thugs and murderers in the Middle East look like boy scouts.
During that time, being a Jew alone was sufficient cause to be murdered. A Jew walking or travelling in the same area in which money or purse was on the ground, was sufficient cause to immediately accuse the Jew of whichever crime could have possibly led to the loss, and then kill the Jew. If a Jew found a purse and carried it to the nearest official to turn it in, the official most likely would charge the Jew with murder, robbery, and then not only kill the Jew but go and kill the Jew's entire family and community.
Many of Rense's articles are just plain lies portrayed as "research".
Take for example the case of Mordechai Vannunu, current international cause celebre among anyone hating Jews or Israel.
His insane ramblings and betrayal of the very nation which gave him life and liberty, are pointed out as "TRUTH" and "PROOF" that Israel and the Jews are evil and should be destroyed.
This is the height of ignorant skewed logic; not to mention lack of any common sense.
By this same logic, the negro cop-killer Mumia on death row, who is another international cause celebre among Leftist-Marxists-Globalists, is "PROOF" that the U.S.A. imprisons falsely anyone non-white, being a society born, bred, and fueled by RACISM & HATE; with an evil justice system.
Therefore it is only just and right that the U.S. be annihilated so that peace and justice and equality will reign.
Right?
The fact that Mordechai Vannunu is seriously mentally ill and a danger to any society in which he lives (an understatement) is of no consequence when one is looking for a seemingly acceptable way to hide one's true intentions of wishing death to the Jewish People.

Summary:
The "extreme left" and the "extreme right" can not be clearly delineated; they blend and merge together; sharing in common a belief that all events are determined by a secret conspiracy of "puppetmasters" & "moneychangers"; and the belief that there is an "International Jewish (today add -Zionist here) Conspiracy" working to corrode all civilizations from within whilst stealing the entirety of their wealth.
Nazism and Communism both essentially share the same world view; differing only in their answer to it.
