When I clicked the link, it downloaded the file as an mp3 and loaded up into musicmatch, and then I was able to play, pause, rewind etc just like a regular music/mp3 file.

I use Firefox and I was able to download the program as an MP3 using this plugin:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3006

It also allows you to save LiveLeak, Google, YouTube, etc. videos to your desktop.

Audacity can record sound that comes out the speakers before it comes out.
It records it as a WAV file so one needs space.. (of course one converts it to e.g. mp3 , afterwards)

That is of course much better than putting a mic near the speakers, as some did about a year ago, when chaim was on a radio program on paltalk.  (it would also record a wav, though not such good quality)

I got this add on but for some bizzar reason (may be because I also use flashblock) it couldn't capture the file. Oh well, I heard the interview anyway.
