Ok, I found some information.  Both of those ip's come from a verizon dsl user in New York City.

Ok, the porno is coming from a verizon internet services customer in NYC. I am studying my schoolwork right now so I don't have the time to pursue this but I hope someone who is free now can go ahead and work on this. Even if it is a proxy id, he/she would loose his internet access by his/her provider. The proxy-provider saves the original ip for at least one day and they will tell his original provider. If we hurry up, he/she is offline.
