It's true, there are Haredi Jews in the game and you can run over them or kill them like any other pedestrian in the game. I have the game and have played it (beat it as well). Theres even a mission where an Italian guy orders you to kill a corrupt diamond trading Jew named Issac, he and his gangsters are in some rich hotel.

The object of the game is not specifically to kill Jews as they are a pedestrian in the game like every other race in the game, but some sicko made a video specific to killing Jews in the game.
