Why 1929 stock market crash won't happen in 2008
Roadwarrior:
The worst thing that could happen would be a
a chain reaction of bank failures ...which would cause a lack
of confidence in the banks ...then massive runs on the banks
and money market funds...
There are many banks out there holding billions of dollars of dead mortages....If they go down ....then the domino effect would take hold
It's all about confidence and trust in the banking system...
If that crumbles ...then everything collapses.
So far, things are holding, up but there have been scares.

Your subject is not written well.
1929 could refer to Hevron massacre. It's a significant date. Arabs massacring jews pre 1948,. And Kahanists would be most familiar with that. Rabbi Kahane brought it up many times. That is the eternal significance of that year to a jew.
I happened to know you couldn't mean that because I looked at the username that started the thread and figured you probably aren't familiar with the massacre.
And a pressing issue at the moment is the stock market. Which I guessed that you meant, looking at your subject, and particularly your username, and the state of affairs at the moment financially. But still, not everybody knows that the stock market crashed in 1929.
