They said he can't sue under the ADA, but they didn't bar him from suing for other reasons. I'd be scared to death for this guy to come into my store if I owned one.

I have heard of a very clever lawyer, with no morals whatsoever, that just makes a living by suing people.   People are afraid of even being friends with the guy! (if they get close and he drags them into something, then he can blackmail them and cause all kinds of problems).  It's like a prison. When he does somebody a favour, he sees it as them oweing him, and he has them by the whatsits.
