 I think that land is part of Eretz Yisrael. (Their is a distinction between Eretz Yisrael and the state of Israel for that matter).

 And White Israelite- you should be careful before you judge a group of Jews like that. We dont know everything that is involved in their case. (And its only 100 Jews left anyway).
