Roseanne Barr: Israel is a 'Nazi state'

Former television star Roseanne Barr has denounced Israel's military campaign against Hamas in Gaza, labeling Israel a "Nazi state."

In a post on her personal blog, which appears at her Web site, Roseanne World, the comedienne, who is Jewish, wrote on December 30 that she had planned to travel with pro-Palestinian activists on a protest boat sailing from Cyprus to Gaza.

After an encounter with an Israel Navy vessel, the boat was turned back and sailed into a Lebanese port on Tuesday.

"I said Israel will attack any boat carrying doctors and medical supplies," Barr wrote on her blog, adding that, "Israel is a NAZI state. The Jewish Soul is being tortured in Israel."

The Emmy-award winning actress, who has courted controversy in the past, also condemned Israel's counter-terror operation against Hamas, asserting that, "The destruction of the Jews in Israel has been assured with this inhuman attack on civilians in Gaza."

In her post, Barr likened Hamas to "street gangs" in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Watts, saying that Israel's military campaign is the "equivalent to Los Angeles attacking and launching war on the people of Watts to kill 'the Bloods' and 'the Crips.'"

Barr's comments were revealed by the Newsbusters Web site, which is a project of the conservative media watchdog group, the Media Research Center.

I remember how Barr trashed the Star Spangled Banner, when she sang it at the stadium.  The woman does not even know the bible, she represents the sickest party of the Hollywood elite, who have never known, hunger, terror, or want.

They can all afford to be liberal with socialist views, because no one has attacked them or taken anything away, but their day is coming.  She makes me sick!

she did a brief show interviewing people.. Jerry springer was on it.. THey asked if his bodyguard type guy was jewish, Springer said "yes".  Roseanne said

"we like to see jews fight".
Springer didn't quite know what to say to that one..

Also she interviewed patrick stewart, and you saw the contempt in her voice when she asked him why in a film he was dressing up as an orthodox/chassidic jew.

Barr is clearly nuts. I never watched a thing she did so she almost is a non issue to me. About the only thing I remember of her is when she made a fat [censored] out of herself disrespecting America screeching  the national anthem. I saw her on a talk show a few months ago saying how she was on drugs at the time and would have done anything to generate some life in her fading fan base. This is the prime example of low trash. People that watch anything done by this animal are really waisting their time. How she is still in the public eye when others with talent have faded away is really a testament on how ignorant society has become
