Who is she?

She won the Eurovision song contest (or at least participated in it) for Belgium.  She sings songs in French I think.

All I ever see is young blondes with black men.  It is fair game to ask how many black boyfriends blonde celebrities have had.  I have yet to see one blonde celebrity who has been on the celeb A-list for more than a couple years who hasn't had a black boyfriend.  Same even goes for lesser celebs.  When I was at university I couldn't get a word in edgewise to blonde girls because the black guys hung around them like flies to a pot of jam in summer.  I don't give a  salted peanuts if that's not a religious obsession.  99.9% of the people I live around either never think of G-d or if they do G-d to them is a man who lived, performed magic tricks and died ignominiously 2000 years ago.
