Should Zoos be banned ?

Most of New York is a zoo, including the suburbs.

It's very confusing when you go to the Bronx Zoo.
I'm never sure which side of the bars I'm safer being on.

The fence that surrounds the Bronx Zoo is needed to keep the actual zoo animals safe from the two legged animals that live outside the zoo.

That is true Rubystars.  People don't like the idea of a circus at all though.  I loved the zoo and circus when I was a child.

Regarding aquariums, I think it is okay to keep there fish, but not whales.

Whales are being overhunted especially in Japan, so some sort of preservation is needed. They have some large whales at the aquarium in Atlanta but the tank is rather huge so there is a lot of room.

I just feel so much pity for the animals in Gaza's Zoo.

Gaza is a zoo, and it is one "zoo" that should be banned.

It's one of the zoos in which all the animals in it, need to have shechita performed on them lol.

On a more serious note, I think zoos serve a purpose in letting people get up close to the animals. I just hope all the zoos actually take care of the animals and keep them healthy.

Now I have a question of my own. Chaim, when you go to your local Glatt Kosher Supermarket, do they have cholov Yisrael filet mignon that can be eaten with chicken soup?

btw, do you remember the story when one of those great, unique sea turtles reached gaza's beach?
They sliced the throat of this poor poor turtle. Bloody animals.

There are also a lot of dolphins which sometimes live in questionable circumstances. I think some aquariums might also keep beluga.
