I think this issue of suing other countries for so called war crimes is generally nonsense.

If you want something from another country, you should either negotiate, use economic pressure and if nothing works you should go to war. This is the natural way to do this things.

Imo the action of Aryeh Eldad makes on the one hand sense (measure for measure), but is on the other hand not smart, because it gives this whole international justice thing justification.

I have to warn you - based on past experience - that Israpundit's yamit82 is an IGNORAMUS who engages in so-called "moral relativism" [he believes that there is little if any difference between the Serbs and the Albanian & Bosnian Muslim Nazis] and he refuses to acknowledge what happened in Kosovo, Krajina, Croatia, Bosnia, Herzegovina, Raska/Sandzak, Macedonia and Presevo Valley.

Mord, I think what upsets me most in this whole case is, that the Spanish Bolschewists make laws in safe Spain as a form of war-replacement. They are cowards, like the supporters and employees of the International Court in Den Hague and the EU Human Rights Court.
They think, they can hide behind their made up human rights and international law ideas to attack anybody.
If I would rule a state, I would not accept their changing of the dispute level, but I would threaten them instantly with measures and if it didn't work I would escalate the conflict. I am shure this would scare the [censored] out of this kind of people.
