The rating isn't the amount of visitors, it's the rank of your website.
For example, google has a rating of 3. Does that mean that google has only had 3 visitors? No
What it means is that google has a traffic ranking of 3, meaning it's the 3rd most visited website in the world.

So JTF is 340,170th most visited website in the world and Israel's website is the 5,000,515th most visited website in the world.
