Actually, I believe doing some 30 second commercial spots would actually be better than doing some documentaries. These can be placed on YouTUBE etc. AND they can be placed on either network or Cable TV channels in markets with heavy Jewish populations here in the States.
These 30 second commercial clips could promote North American Aliyah as well as a host of other issues and/or projects, but most importantly they can be used as fund raising mechanisms for the JTF, just as any other commercial product is marketed.
I can put together the commercials, no sweat. But the stock footage would be very helpful. (Provided it's good quality.) Also, I would need to research how much it would be to get the commercials up in different markets for different time slots.
Of course...the YouTUBE stuff and other online channels are going to be easier and either cheap or free. So....
