Those are scary figures... so scary that they can't be true.   Sounds like cooked up data ala arafat.....   Nonetheless, while their population certainly won't be 9.4 million in 2050 (nor do I think it is 3.9 million right now), it is a few million and it is growing at an insanely high rate that is a huge danger to the Jewish people.   Their percentage increase is way above that of Israel and even all the other surrounding arab states.
