Bush and obamas doing. The question is once the iraq and afghan wars are over how will that change.

Bush was awful, but Obama and the congress are squarely to blame.  The bailouts and stimulus are what caused most of this.

Bush's worst year ever was about 1/4th of this... and by the way, were not even finished with the year.  This could climb to 1.8 trillion, or even 2 trillion.

How much longer can Obama and his adminstartion continue to blame Bush's presidency for their problems.  Everytime they're questioned about it seems they blame him, and say their doing their best.   It's time for some accountability.
