Jason S. Rodriguez as well as all the other third world who don't belong here are allowed to stay. Both legally and illegally. They receive all the benefits and when they go on shooting sprees, the government's response is to close the interstate and bring traffic to a complete halt instead of sending illegals back. This must have cost the economy millions of dollars. To think, this piece of dreck isn't even worth a single cent.
