Minister Yuli Edelstein (Likud) on Sunday condemned the attack on the mosque in Kafr Yassuf Friday, With that, Edelstein said, "we must remember that there is not a day that goes by when a firebomb is not thrown at a synagogue, or a Jewish institution is defaced by swastikas somewhere in the world. We do not hear about condemnations of these acts."
"All morning in the media we have been hearing about the mosque, but there has been barely a mention of the girl who was stabbed Saturday night in Gush Etzion, who is currently hospitalized," Edelstein said.
