The group of rabbis from the first picture are not settlers, they came from the Galil. I believe that the person with the long white beard in the second picture, is rabbi Menachem Froman of Tekoa (which is a settlement). This rabbi believes in seeking piece and understanding between Islam and Judaisim, he actually believes piece can be achieved through inter religious dialog. Suffices to say I think his effort is delusional.
