The poor victim probably did not wish to be called a "racist" so he accepted the services of the black "doctor".  Be safe!  Do NOT use the services of black doctors or lawyers unless you already personally know the individual and that he is competent.  There is far too much pro-black racism out there ("affirmative action") and black professionals are likely to be sub-par.

There has been a policy for upwards of the last ten years to deny visas to highly trained white S. African doctors (who are, or were, among the world's best) to prevent them working in the UK. For them it is considered politically correct that they should stay in S. Africa. Sometimes I think we in the UK deserve to be totally obliterated as a people.
