rhayat I'm still following this discussion, and I also find some weaknesses in some of your arguments I wish to discuss, but I'm currently working on a very important project.   I'll get back into this in more detail at a later time.  Keep the information coming.

Sure enough.  Believe me, I've only scratched the surface; my book is about 100 pages long (including the intro).  But yes, of course there will be weak and strong arguments.  Even the sturdiest rope has weak strands.
