I've heard GSDs usually don't like blacks. If someone did that to my dog or any other animal I'd make them suffer one way or another. Some blacks have an irrational fear of dogs too, which can set the dogs off.

What is it with German Shepherds anyway? I used to have one and he would bark and lunge at any black person that came within 15 feet of him when I was walking him. Non-blacks (white, Asian, Hispanic, didn't matter) would walk by and he'd be fine.

I've heard many stories that said the same thing, that members of the breed generally don't like blacks. Maybe that's why they make such great police dogs!
