That guy is giving Rabbi Kahane hard- mean looks, and Rabbi Kahane looks like he could care less.

Chaim would have been 15 or 16 at the time. That is Ted Kennedy. I assume that is some meeting between the Rabbi and Ted Kennedy. If Chaim was there then he would have quite a story to tell!

It is indeed Ted Kennedy and it is an intense interested look he is giving the Rav. Back when that picture was taken Jew's were a force to be reckoned with in the Democrap party. Even if Kennedy ( the filthy murdering worm ) didn't agree with the Rav. he would have given him all the respect do him in a photo op like this. What he did after the fact was another story.
