One has to be careful with this type of "story"...
The laws against libel might enable that S.O.B. to successfully sue someone for reprinting, copying, or otherwise disseminating anything which could be proven in court to damage a person's reputation or ability to earn a livelihood.
Further...the law allows litigation aginst those who damage another's livelihood or reputation even if the information they spread is true !
As long as the litigant can prove in court that their life was damaged in some way they can sue for libel.
The more notorious in the public eye or famous someone is, the lesser the chances they have of a successful suit, but nevertheless such cases happen every day where very famous and rich people sue magazines and reporters who say things about them.
Best to leave that drek and others like him alone, in order to avoid finding yourself "snared in a trap deliberately set".
