OK here is a short and non conclusive review:
In his first term as PM (1996-1999):
* A retreat from 13% of Judea and Samria (the so called Wye accords of 1998)
* A retreat from Hebron appart from the tiny Jewish quarter, I believe it was 1997
* He agreed to surrender the entire Golan heights to Syria but couldn't reach an agreement
* He allowed tens of thousand of Arabs (at the very least) to become Israeli citizens by the process of "family reunion".
Of course In all these cases he did the opposite of what he promised during the elections.
When he was fighting against Sharon in the Likud, he past a resolution in the Likud that added a statement to the party's constitution that the Likud doesn't accept an independent palestenian state. A promise that he officially receded from soon after he was elected as prime minister.
As a minister under Sharon's government (I think 2003-2005):
* He voted in the Knesset FOR the retreat and deportation of Jews from Gaza and northern Samaria. Very near to the execution of that hideous plan, He resigned from the cabinet. But the fact remain that he did no attempt to stop this plan and he voted for it. He either chose to vote against his conscience or more likely- proved that he lacked moral compass altogether.
As prime minister for a second time:
* Again he tries to surrender the Golan to Syria
* A freeze on Jewish building in Judea and Samaria, and even in Jerusalem.
* He ended the so called "blockade" on Gaza- meaning they get even more free electricity, food, water, fuel, and other provisions from Israel itself and the international community.
