the people in favor of the mosque say that the muslims have the right to under the 1st amendment, which while i do believe should be 1 exception, is true.

so how about we ram through a constitutional amendment saying no mosque within 1 mile of GZ?

muslim insult to the 9/11 fallen victims is not covered under the 1st amendment. Perhaps when a mosque is built in front of the Capitol, will our country finally say "enough is enough"?

as long as our constitution is compromised and taken advantage by those who have absolutely no respect for it, we can only hope for the best. when that "hope for the best", well, that's a whole other story.....................
