Avoiding ice cream is hardly a tough thing to do. Real ice cream is one of the worst things you can eat because of the huge sugar and saturated fat content. If you want to have something that tastes great, make your favorite meal every few weeks or so instead of indulging on crap like ice cream.

I will say it's idiotic for a government to mandate what people can and can not eat. Though at the same time if they're going to be idiotic and force people to pay into something like Obamacare, it makes sense for the government to also mandate healthy eating because of the cost-savings that would benefit in a decrease of long-term obesity-related diseases. But logically if someone wants to eat like a pig and get sick, that's their problem and nobody should be forced to help them.
