How much damage can a begrudged US president cause to his own country?

Most US Blacks hate their own country, or at least have a huge grudge against her.

Assuming Obama gets creamed in the coming election, just how much deliberate, nasty, malevolent, malefic damage to the USA could a begrudged president get away with, on any level, from petty peeing on the carpet in the White House, to starting WWIII, bearing in mind that he is under constant surveillance?

Does a begrudged US president have the ability "to burn down Rome" like Nero?!

Or is he just too circumscribed?

I don't believe even an insane President could do much harm.  I don't even think that the President, alone, could launch atomic bombs.  I do believe that there are checks and balances.  He could obviously pee on the carpet, but I don't think he could do much more harm.  As you know, the President does not make even one law, for instance.

   Keep in mind that the he has access to lot of sensitive information. It wouldn't surprise me if he is already giving some away to our enemies. There is a good reason why the constitution calls for a president to be a naturalized citizen.

Obama, like Clinton, could sell information to countries, like Clinton did with China [and most likely others]; who knows what he could reveal about [ever so trusting and naive] Israel.

And look what Clinton did [cold blooded murder to detract from a Ms. Monica "the Cigar" Lewinsky] to the heroic Serbs!

Obama can take people off terrorist lists which ban them from the US [as he has done in the past].

Of course he could [try to] beat up on Israel quite a bit [although G-d will always protect Israel, ultimately*] as well at the United Nazi tyrant's convention organization [as much as the Left hates to realize, this hurts America tremendously, far more than a strong Israel would suffer].

*Although it is ridiculous [and disrespectful to G-d; have His lessons no merit!] to leave things solely to G-d when we can take care of things ourselves!

This is all just off the top of my head, who knows what could be realistically speculated with actual research; Obama does not display any observable love for America, while he obviously loves the 3rd world [where he lived the more formative years of his life; and after he came to America he spent all of his time learning with those who are polarized against America and the West!].

I've been contemplating that question since this post was first made.  While I consider a pouting Obama to be unlikely to do something nasty to his fellow countrymen in a moment of 'pique', I can only say that it's not entirely beyond his make-up.  Remember, this is a guy who sees his god in his mirror, and given that this whole life has been a ride on the racial quotas bus, this may be the first time that this guy has ever been looked at in the eye and told, 'You're full of $hit.'  Most of us have that first moment in early grade school.  If that's delayed until high school, then it's a really shocking moment for even a normal teenager.  Imagine the reaction of a 45 year old teenager.
