That's not why I asked. When I argue with someone, let's say on Serbian subforum, I cannot convince him that he is breaking the rules, because there are no rules.
Lack of clear rules is the biggest reason why there are fights on this forum.

I have him in mind, yes, but I was also talking in general terms. Some time ago, someone made a good suggestion that new members must accept certain rules before their registration is approved.
They would have to accept Judea and Samaria as part of Israel, no missionizing... Also, they would have to click OK next to a statement that Hitler and Mohamed were pedos and stuff like that. There's no way muslims and nazis would sign that. Or, it would certainly reduce their number.
