Doesn't he know that a convert is at a higher level than a tzadik? Someone born Jewish can break all the commandments of the torah and that does not change the fact that he or she is still Jewish. A convert on the other hand has to earn the neshama. Looking at myself as a Jew, I can't say that I would have been able to pass the bar by my own merrit.
Tieing this to the land, noone deserves it more than those who have earned it. This is why the land was a barran wasteland before Jews built it up into cities.
The left claims that ownership does not matter how well land is maintained, but then they claim about poverty and crime that has resulted in countries that they have destroyed. They want to take our tax money to give to savages in Zimabwe when it used to be a prosperous nation under European rule.
