Running list of violent Quran quotes

I recently met a Sailor who did not think Islam or the Quran was violent in itself, and that Muhammad was an Alexander the Great-type character.  The Navy gives Sailors all this PowerPoint training on why we should accept gays and other evil people in the work place, but does not educate us on who the enemy is and why they are our enemies.  The purpose of this thread is to provide a resource for people to easily find violent Quran quotes.  Of course I told the guy that Muhammad and the true Muslims were actually the Al Qaeda types, and the one quote I could remember off hand was this one, which will start off the list:

9:29 Fight those who do not believe in Allah or in the Last Day and who do not consider unlawful what Allah and His Messenger have made unlawful and who do not adopt the religion of truth from those who were given the Scripture - [fight] until they give the jizyah willingly while they are humbled.

In other words.
It's you and your religion against them and theirs. They won't stop fighting until they make you a "renegade from your religion" and if they succeed in that so you die in disbelief, Allah will burn you forever in the Fire.

Muslims need to read the Koran with an unpoisoned mind, Every ex-Muslim i have spoke to told me they left Islam when they read the Koran from a neutral point of view and saw how vile and murderous Muhammed was and thus opened their eyes to the brutality of modern Islam and standing against it. Muslims read the Koran in awe of the sick war criminal and peadophile Muhammed as they are all brainwashed under the spell of Islam, It needs to be broken.
