This is to be expected... The cursed arab peoples have a knack for lying, and lying to extremes. We have learned from dealing with these treacherous people that they cannot be trusted, even as they promise that they are your friend. Jews, do not turn your backs on these turn-coats for a moment because they are cooking up new lies to tell and ways to destroy the Jewish people. They are motivated by an ancient hatred and inspired by a false religion which preaches nothing but hatred and evil deeds.
Abbas now claims there is a 9000 year history of the 'Palestinian' people. But as we all know there has never been such a thing as a 'Palestinian' people. This is a word which was invented by the Romans when they destroyed our Holy Temple in the year 70CE in order to remove the Jewish presence on the land. The invading arabs moved into this land from the south from the arabian peninsula and from the north through the modern day countries Syria and Lebanon. There was never an indigenous arab people who lived in our Homeland, they all were migrants who came to work and thrive off of the Jewish people who established two commonwealths over a period over 1000 years. There is ample archeological and historical evidence for this, and even the arabs agreed to this history until recently. A muslim pamphlet for the Temple Mount explained that the entire area of the Temple mount once housed King Solomons Temple. But today the arabs are engaging in an ongoing massive attempt to re-write history and invent a Palestinian peoplehood when it has never existed.
The Palestinian people myth is very well established today. But twenty or thirty years ago when PLO chief terrorist Yasser Arafat {Ys'v} invented the term nobody really took it seriously. We figured he could call them Wookies for all we cared.... But today we can see that Yasser Arafat learned from the master propagandist Joseph Goebbels of Nazi Germany fame. That 'Big Lie' repeated over and over again is being published daily in the tabloid New York Slimes and Huffington Post.
The Jewish people must call out these lies and spend considerable resources to repel this hog-wash. Our ancestors prayed and dreamed that we would re-establish the Jewish state in our historic homeland and we should not be so quick to abandon this dream.

The Palestinian Media Watch research institute presented on its website on Tuesday a video which aired on PA television on May 14, as part of the official events in Ramallah and in Gaza to mark ‘Nakba Day’ - the day the Palestinian Authority mourns the “catastrophe” of the creation of the State of Israel.
The video shows that in PA President Mahmoud Abbas’ speech in Gaza on Nakba Day, delivered in his name by his advisor and representative, he denied that Jews have a history in the Land of Israel and claimed a fictitious 9000 year-old Palestinian history dating back to 7000 BCE. This history, said Abbas, made Palestinians “the owners of history.” %ad%
Furthermore, Abbas taunted in his speech Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, saying: “National reconciliation [between Hamas and Fatah] is required in order to face Israel and Netanyahu. We say to him [Netanyahu], when he claims - that they [Jews] have a historical right dating back to 3000 years BCE - we say that the nation of Palestine upon the land of Canaan had a 7000 year history BCE. This is the truth, which must be understood and we have to note it, in order to say: ‘Netanyahu, you are incidental in history. We are the people of history. We are the owners of history.’”
PMW rightfully notes in its report that Abbas’ so-called history is a brazen distortion of known facts. Judean and Israeli history in the Land of Israel, says the report, dates back thousands of years and is documented by ancient Jewish and non-Jewish sources.
Palestinians, however, is a term that has only recently begun to be used to identify Arabs in the region. There is no reference to a Palestinian-Arab nation in antiquity as Abbas claims. PMW notes that Islamic sources as well do not refer to Palestinians. In fact, the holy Muslim book the Quran refers to the people of Israel and to the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem.
