I don't know what happened previous to these arrests but this seems ludicrous, code pink or not.

Apparently:

"These were not just a group of innocent college dancers, lol. The leader of this disruptive "flash mob" is Adam Kokesh, a radical left winger who is going around the country creating chaos. He was dismissed from the military under "less than honorable" circumstances. He is a left wing troublemaker. His mob was repeatedly warned that their disorderly conduct was not allowed, yet they persisted. Finally the mob was arrested. Remember that as a national memorial that place has rules of conduct in place. Just like the Alamo in San Antonio, Texas, which is a shrine to those fallen there. At the Alamo, no photography is allowed inside, no hats can be worn, and speaking must be done quietly or in whispers. These type of groups are aligned with such groups as Code Pink, etc. This group new what they were doing, they were protesting a law they didn't like, broke that law on film, got warned a few times, didn't obey the law and got arrested. What did they think was going to happen? The police officers did what they are paid to do! This was a WELL planned event for shock value. Being shocked by this would be like being shocked if someone drowned in front of a life gaurd stand and the life gaurds gave them CPR!!"
