This is an obscure group that claims to speak in the name of De Gaulle, never heard of them before. In the video, they show a gathering of an anti-Islam movement that is pretty well-known in France (that goes under the name "Riposte Laïque", which could be translated by "The Republicans fight back").
We shouldn't have any dealings with these kinds of organizations because, although they are definitely anti-Islam, they are not pro-Israel. De gaulle himself made notorious antisemitic remarks and cut back all aid and cooperation with Israel after 1967. As for "Riposte laïque", it is a very anti-religious organization, and there are a number of ex-communists and ex-neo Nazis that infiltrate it.
