I hope the people who got that delivered got their money back on the damaged product, and I hope that delivery guy dealt with whatever was causing his anger issues.

I cannot tell you the number of times that I've been home and opened my front door only to see a package or letter on the floor. No doorbell, no knock. It's as if they just come to the door and leave it there with no regard whatsoever as to whether anyone is home or not. And my experience has been that there's really no difference between FedEx and UPS in this regard.
