It's funny : In Israel Women can sit whereever they want yet Jews can't

It is funny that Prime Minister Benny Netanyahu just proclaimed to a birthright group that in Israel Women can sit whereever they want to.... But it is such irony that Jews cannot pray at the Holiest site in all of Judaism. I guess that is not as important as women being able to sit whereever they want, eh?

Women in Israel have the right to sit anywhere they want, Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu told a crowd of 3,000 people at a Taglit-Birthright Mega-event at Jerusalem's Israel Convention Center on Wednesday.

“This is a country where Arabs have rights, the president of the Supreme Court is a woman and where a woman can sit anywhere she wants,” he said. “It’s a free country.”

It's so freakin free that Jews are not permitted to live in the land, and they cannot pray at the Temple Mount!

Anyone else smell the hypocrisy?

those birthright trips are such a sham. i knew a friend who went on one and all he did for 75% of the trip was party in tel aviv and haifa. most of his pictures were all the people acting like drunken idiots in clubs.

bibi is awful too, why is the first source of pride for him saying arabs have rights? thats not something to be proud of. muman i think bibi and most of the israeli parliamentarians believe the temple mount is nothing more than a dirt mound with building on it. they have no connection to it whatsoever.

The world is so concerned where a woman can sit in Israel and yet I have not heard a single peep about allowing Women to sit in the muslim brotherhood.... Do you think women will be allowed to drive in Egypt? I don't think so...

The Haredim involved in the issue of the buses only asked to be able to have separate seating... This was not supposed to be imposed on people it was intended to be a voluntary system paid for by the Haredim who keep these laws {concerning looking at women}... The Muslims are imposing it on people and the world says nothing... But a voluntary system in a conservative neighborhood is made into a national issue. Freakin insane!
