Maybe I'll buy some outdated farm equipment, because the economy is bad, Bongo isn't helping them, and they need the work. All they have to do is put the cotton on the end of the stems into the bags . They can even sing while they do it! Swing low sweet chariot, swing low! Now the problem is how do I keep them motivated to work? I've heard they can be kind of unmotivated... I might have to hire someone to oversee them too.

What you fail to understand is that you are engaging in simple racism. Just because you feel this way doesn't mean that all black people act in the way you suggest. But generally I believe racists will be racists and there is nothing I can do to change them. So have fun...
