What he's trying to do is weaken our military both by downsizing its capabilities and making people not want to join it, and also by filling it up with fag tinkerbells who would rather screw the enemy than kill them and don't have the nation's best interest at heart.  This is Hussein's contribution to the global jihad, to destroy the U.S. military from within so the U.S. will be easily taken over by his Muslim brothers.
