Of course they don't care about the women. Depopulation is part of the communist agenda. The fewer people there are, the easier they will be to control. That's why I believe that Obama Care is designed to limit access to health care rather than to make it more available.
Imagine this woman was a young woman who had gotten pregnant by her boyfriend and when she told him, instead of being pleased, he got furious and threatened to kill her if she didn't have an abortion. This isn't unlikely and happens far more often than you might think. She may already have been worn down emotionally and spiritually to the point of being submissive enough and cowed enough to do what he tells her. She goes to the clinic out of fear of her own life. Then, the surgeon botches the abortion and she ends up with her life being in danger anyway, as she's loaded into the ambulance.
Abortion being legal is one of THE most anti-female things that has ever come about. It's evil toward babies and toward women. It's also not fair to men who might care and love their children and they can't stop a mother from aborting a baby out of spite, or something like that.
Abortion just creates a lot of pain and horror all around.
