They are a group even more deviant then reform Judaism. If you listen to the "rabbi" in the video she purposely doesn't mention God and says humans are responsible for themselves and for the direction of the world. Also listen at the end to the poem which states that all power and all light lies inside a woman, again, no mention to God, because they are obviously atheists.

And they say anyone can be Jewish if he identifies with Judaism. While redefining Judaism as a trend of art, literature and food.
