Especially if an affirmative action judge is assigned to the case. They may actually believe the teacher deserved it for being born.

Even if he'd had a gun, he would've had to be on high alert around them to begin with because they basically just punched him suddenly without any provocation or showing any anger.

I hope there are some good judges out there. Whether the teacher supported Obama or not, he was still attacked for who he was and he didn't do anything to hurt them first.
