Jus' shows that the IDF chiefs are well capable of point-blank refusing to obey the orders of their political "masters" when they aren't in the mood http://amanpour.blogs.cnn.com/2012/11/09/did-the-israeli-military-defy-pm-netanyahu/?iref=allsearch

But when it comes to forceably evacuating Jews from eg Sinai, Gush Katif, Migron etc, they always zealously and efficiently obey!
