Let me get this crap straight

Israeli soldiers are prohibited from firing on people who voluntarily turn themselves and their property into human shields and launching pads, respectively, even if the failure to strike these accomplices results in Jewish casualties? Am I missing something?

It's stupid as hell. They're allowed to fire rockets into Israel and we can't touch a single Arab.
