The case really shows how sick the situation is when humans and subhumans are packed on to subway cars like sardines... I am sure that things like this happen more often than get reported... The fact that there was actually DNA evidence left the judge a pathway to giving this guy some sort of guilty charge... Going forward with a trial might have been more stressful to the victim than it would have been to the abuser.

This stuff happens everyday.
I know someone who rides the 7 train everyday. She has to move to another car all the time. And those of you who live in Queens know how crowded the 7 train is.
